Customer service medewerker (Czech/Slovak/English)

Functie

As a Customer Service Representative, you ensure top-notch service to both internal and external customers through addressing inquiries, resolving problems, providing sales support, and assisting with credit matters.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling complex customer complaints, encompassing tax, compliance, and fraud-related issues.
• Analyzing and resolving customer credit concerns to prevent account blocks.
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders during case investigations.
• Providing support through various channels, including phone calls and online platforms.
• Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
• You ensure that all complaints, requests, or queries are promptly and professionally logged, addressed, and resolved. Proficiency in the local language and culture enables you to assist with translations and related matters.
• Throughout the process, you actively seek ways to enhance our services and implement improvements based on regular customer feedback. Adherence to established processes and procedures is crucial, and you play a pivotal role in educating and informing customers, prospects, and internal clients accordingly.
• Finally, in a proactive effort to mitigate credit risk, you support sales and customers in handling outstanding payments, addressing invoicing issues, resolving local tax matters, and more. This is achieved through close collaboration with the administrative team.

Jouw profiel

• Fluent in Slovak and Czech.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Any additional language is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in Customer Service or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial processes and/or credit handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
• High sense of accountability and a customer-centric approach.

• Acties van de commerciële dienst, logistieke dienst, productieafdeling, ... coördineren bij de lancering van nieuwe producten of promotiecampagnes
• Klantendossiers administratief opvolgen (controle van de betalingen, leveringen, ...)
• Uitwerken van of bijdragen aan de klantenstrategie
  De jaaractieplannen en de doelstellingen van de dienst bepalen
• De activiteiten van een team coördineren
• Prestatie-indicatoren voor de dienst uitwerken
  De resultaten analyseren
  Aanpassingen doorvoeren
• De opmerkingen van de klanten verzamelen en doorsturen naar de dienst productie, marketing, onderzoek, ontwikkeling, ...
• Key accounts opvolgen
• Acties uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van het personeelsbeheer (aanwerving, opleiding, ...)
